The Audio Platform: Squadcast.

Instead of phone interviews, Recruiting Trailblazers uses a very simple browser-based audio recording platform, similar to Zoom, called Squadcast. Squadcast is optimized for Podcasting and records audio through the Chrome browser on your computer before sending the audio file to me. (Much better than phone or skype with the inherent carrier interference).  Squadcast allows us to see one another – but does NOT record video. (I prefer to say a quick hello on video – then switch off the cameras so we can focus 100% on the conversation – hope this works for you!)

The Tech You’ll Need:

You need the Chrome browser installed on your computer (PC or Mac) to run Squadcast. You will receive a link to the Squadcast recording application when you book a time on my Calendly. It’s much like Zoom (nothing to download), just click on it, and then we’re off to the races.
